I didn't catch the FP today. Got tied up here at work, hopefully you could forgive me. Congrats for COTD. Today I have a Swedish dinner and dessert (according to Wikipedia) for you, enjoy :]

Picked Herring, potatoes, an eeg, and sour creme. For dessert, some delicious Smulpaj :]
